NEXT DAY DELIVERY Available in 24 hours within the UK mainland, for orders confirmed before 12 noon. Deliveries made on working days only. - What is the collection criteria?
Please select the delivery option; Special Delivery when processing an order on the webshop. Our Customer Service team will contact you to obtain details for you to collect the items from our warehouse.
- How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, open up your order details and your tracking details will display here.
- Can I change my order once submitted?

- How do I add a new delivery address?
In the right top corner press account, press Addresses and Press + New Address.
- How can I order Name Blocks
You can find the available name block on our webshop.

You will be informed when submitting the order on the webshop.
- Will you part ship my order?
Yes, order will be part shipped but only when the item ordered is out of stock.
You can request during account set up for the order to be delivered as one consignment. - How can I reorder a previous order?
Open Account in the top right corner, press Orders, open the order you would like to re-order. Tick all items and then press re-order.
- Do I need a purchase order to place my order?
Yes, a Purchase Order Reference is mandatory for each order.
- How do I view my orders?
Open your Account in the top right corner and press Orders.
- How do I change my payment option?

We have road and air delivery options available for orders shipping from the UK to Europe, these will be quoted after order placement.

If the order was placed Wednesday 12:15 PM you will receive the order Friday.
If Tuesday 11:55 AM, you will receive their order Wednesday.
If Friday 10:00 AM, you will receive their order the next working day which is Monday (unless it is a bank holiday).

Only slightly warm.
5 seconds after the heat press has been lifted and shake the shirt out. - What are the storage requirements for Heat Transfer products?
All our Heat Transfer products require to be stored at temperatures below 30°C with Relative Humidity below 65%. Storage at higher temperature and/or humidity will affect product performance. Keep in a cool, dry place without direct sunlight.
Heat Transfers products should be stored vertically, avoid horizontal storage and stacking of the transfers to avoid pressure. - Which heat press do you recommend?
Depending on your requirements we offer three solutions manual, electric or pneumatic. These all have pros and cons to offer the best equipment for your business we will pass your details on to your account manager who will contact you.

We are unable to assist with any equipment supplied by a third party - What does RFID mean?

If you navigate to Sign in or Join in the right corner, press Forgot your password?, enter the email address associated with the account.
- Can I amend my username?
Please email sport@averydennison.com from the current email address that is being used to login on the webshop.
For security reasons we require to current email address (username) to approve the amendment of different email address (username). - I would like individual login details for each person that orders through the webshop.
One user account is assigned for each customer. All employees using the webshop require to use the same login details.
- I require to update my financial account details.
